We don’t just press fibers together; we weave them. Constructed from thick 16–18mm Coir Ropes, our mat creates a dense 35mm barrier that blocks sunlight, effectively preventing weed germination. This allows you to eliminate labor-intensive weeding and harmful Herbicides, supporting Organic Gardening standards.

Standard mats become trash; ours becomes soil.

To maximize the "mileage" of your mats, follow these installation protocols:

• Installation: Simply place the mat around the base of the tree. If using the split/horseshoe design, slide it around the trunk. The heavy 35mm profile usually stays in place, but for windy Erosion control areas, biodegradable pins can be used.
• Water Management: Coir is Permeable. You can water directly onto the mat. It will act as a sponge, distributing water evenly to the soil below while preventing soil splash and erosion.
• Aesthetic Aging: Over time, the golden-brown fiber will weather to a natural silver-grey. This is not a defect; it is the natural curing of the lignin. If mats arrive damp (common during the rainy season), simply sun-dry them; their quality remains unaffected.
• Moisture Management: The Coconut Fiber matrix creates a stable Microclimate. It retains Soil moisture during heatwaves and insulates roots against frost, significantly reducing irrigation costs.
• The ROI of Decay: This is a 100% Biodegradable asset. Over a lifespan of 12 to 36 months, it decomposes into organic humus, enriching Soil Health rather than adding to your disposal costs.

3. The Flame-Treated Advantage

Avoid the risk of importing pests. Unlike raw mats, our products undergo a specialized Flame Disinfection Treatment (800℃+). This sterilizes the surface and removes excess fuzz, ensuring a clean, pathogen-free product for your Nursery or Landscaping project.

Good to know: Depending on the size and quantity of your order, your item will be shipped in a reinforced cardboard box or on a pallet. For pallet deliveries, our transport provider will contact you in advance to schedule the drop-off.

Returns & Damages

We want you to love your Coir Parasol. If it does not meet your expectations, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

• Condition: Items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in their original packaging.
• Fees: A 15% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns.
• Process: All returns are subject to a mandatory 3–5 day inspection before any refund is issued.
