Yes. The product includes a heavy-duty PVC and cement cross base, so you do not need to purchase a separate umbrella stand.

The included base weighs approximately 59.5 lbs with handles and measures approximately 45 cm in diameter × 10 cm high. It provides a stable foundation for the eucalyptus pole during normal outdoor use.

Follow these care instructions to protect the natural coconut fiber canopy, eucalyptus frame, pulley system, and weighted base of your coco umbrella.

• Sunshade use: This product is designed primarily as a sunshade. It is not a waterproof rain umbrella. Rainwater can pass through the woven coir canopy.
• The dry rule: Never close, fold, cover, or store the coconut umbrella while the fibers are wet. Leave the canopy fully open until it has air-dried completely.
• Wind protection: The open weave allows some airflow through the canopy, but the umbrella must be closed during strong wind, thunderstorms, tropical storms, hurricanes, and severe weather.
• Seasonal storage: During harsh winter conditions, extended rainy periods, or long periods without use, store the coir parasol in a dry, covered, and well-ventilated area.
• Cleaning: Remove loose dust and outdoor debris using a soft brush. Do not use bleach, aggressive chemical cleaners, or high-pressure washing.
• Natural weathering: Coconut fiber and eucalyptus wood may gradually develop lighter, silver-grey tones after prolonged outdoor exposure. This is a normal characteristic of natural materials.
• Routine inspection: Regularly inspect the pulley rope, locking notches, pole connection, ribs, canopy attachment points, and cement base before use.

How to Open the Coconut Umbrella

• Place the weighted base on a flat and stable outdoor surface.
• Insert and secure the umbrella pole in the base socket.
• Confirm that the upper and lower pole sections are properly connected.
• Pull the pulley rope slowly to raise the coir canopy.
• Secure the umbrella using the appropriate pole notch.
• Check that the canopy and all eight ribs are fully supported.

How to Close the Coir Parasol

• Remove the locking pin or release the selected pole notch.
• Hold the pulley rope securely before lowering the canopy.
• Lower the canopy slowly and evenly.
• Never allow the canopy to fall freely.
• Only close the umbrella after the coconut fibers are completely dry.

Good to know: Due to the size and weight of the handcrafted coconut umbrella and its cement base, the product may be shipped in reinforced cardboard boxes or on a pallet. For pallet deliveries, the transport provider may contact you in advance to arrange the delivery.

Returns & Damages

We want you to be satisfied with your Round Coconut Umbrella. Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

• Condition: Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, and packed in their original packaging with all components included.
• Fees: A 15% restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Inspection: Returned products are subject to a 3–5 business day inspection before the refund is approved.
• Delivery damage: Inspect all cartons, poles, ribs, canopy sections, and base components immediately after delivery.
• Damage reporting: Damaged, defective, or missing components must be reported within 48 hours and supported with clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping labels.

Manufacturer Warranty

This coconut umbrella includes a 3-year manufacturer warranty for eligible manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover normal weathering, fading, fiber color changes, damage caused by wind or storms, improper installation, incorrect storage, mold caused by closing the umbrella while wet, or ordinary wear from outdoor use.
